Having the opportunity to design for a living is a fun ride.
It makes waking up and turning on our computers a joy - even with twenty nine deadlines on our plate. Though when things get rough, coffee helps too.
We have been friends on a personal level and working on many projects together on a professional level for so long now that it's hard to produce an accurate chronological timeline of Pankra, but we'll take a shot at it anyway.
Robert started Pankra from his bedroom in the summer of 2001. Wijtze and Lucas both had a punkrock band at the time. Robert, Wijtze and Lucas met at a music festival and formed the blueprint of a friendship that would eventually become Pankra; a multimedia graphic design company, operating on three locations, with a client list that amazes us, and projects that are keeping us creative and working like ants. Pankra definitely is both designing and enjoying. It's a job we've all dreamed about and we hope it shows. Check out our portfolio and get in touch if you want to get to know us.
